Mini51 Base Series

The Mini51 series operates at 2.1V ~ 5.5V and - 40 ℃ ~ 105 ℃ , and provides 22.1184 or 48 MHz high precision internal oscillator ( ± 1 % accuracy at 25 ℃ , 5V ) , Data Flash configurable and high immunity ( Up to 8 kV ESD, 4 kV EFT ) . Package types include TSSOP20, TSSOP28, QFN33 and LQFP48.
Target Application:
Wireless Charger, Home Appliances, Security/Alarm, Temperature Sensor, Motor, Industrial Control..etc.
