NUC120/122/123/220 USB Series
The NUC120/123/220 series operates at 2.5V ~ 5.5V and - 40 ℃ ~ 105 ℃ , and provides 22.1184 MHz high precision internal oscillator ( ± 1 % accuracy at 25 ℃ , 5V; full range ± 3 % ) , provides USB 2.0 full speed device, rich peripherals ( ex. RTC, ISO-7816-3 , CRC , I²S ) , rich connectivity interfaces and high immunity ( 8kV ESD, 4kV EFT ) . Package types include QFN33, LQFP48, LQFP64 and LQFP100.
