FAQ
Is the external crystal ( HXT ) voltage of the M480 series and M451 series limited by 0.3VDD and 0.7VDD, the same as the external clock source voltage? Issue Date:2018-09-03
The external crystal ( HXT ) voltage of the M480 series and M451 series is different from the external clock source voltage. There are two specifications as described below:
1. The following table shows the specifications of the HXT voltage, which is an internal digital signal, independent of 0.7 VDD.
- M480 Series
- M451 Series
2. The external clock source can be high level and low level according to the state of the I / O; thus, there is a limit of 0.3 VDD and 0.7 VDD.
The external clock source limits of the M480 series and M451 series are the same.
