M031BTYD2AN
Nuvoton M031BTYD2AN is based on Arm® Cortex®-M0 core with operating frequency up to 48 MHz, equipped with 64 Flash and 8 KB SRAM, 1.8V ~ 3.6V low-voltage operation, and supports dual mode for Bluetooth Low Energy BLE5.0 and 2.4GHz proprietary.
The M031BTYD2AN is embedded with an extra SPROM (Security Protection ROM), and provided with a secure code execution area to protect the intelligent property of developers.
With its special design such as 12-ch 96 MHz PWM providing fast response control to the external devices, 2 MSPS ADC provides a fast and precise analog to digital data conversion for sensing voltage and current, which is very suitable for gaming application.
Furthermore, the M031BTYD2AN provides plenty of peripherals including 16-ch 12-bit 2 MSPS ADCs, 3 sets of UART, 2 sets of I²C, and 1 set of Universal Serial Control Interface (USCI) that can be configured as UART, SPI or I²C. The M031BTYD2AN is allowed for wide temperature range from - 40 °C ~ 85 °C and provided with QFN48 (5 mm x 5mm) package to make customer’s spec in easier with M031BTYD2AN.
