NUC029 Series

Nuvoton® NuMicro® NUC029 series is a new microcontroller product line that designed for industrial control applications. NuMicro® NUC029 series provide robust immunity and strong anti-interference ability ( ESD up to HBM 7 kV / EFT 4.4 kV ) . NuMicro® NUC029 series can operate with 2.5V ~ 5.5V operating voltage, - 40°C ~ +105°C temperature range, 24 MHz ~ 72 MHz operating frequency, 16 KB ~ 256 KB Flash, 2 KB ~ 20 KB SRAM , equipped with high performance with plenty peripherals such as 12-bit ADC , UART , PWM , SPI , I²C …etc. Specific parts support hardware divider, comparator, USB 2.0 full-speed device bus. NuMicro® NUC029 series provides diverse packages ( TSSOP20, QFN33, QFN48, LQFP48, LQFP64, LQFP128 ) to meet customer’s product requirement. NuMicro® NUC029 SEE / LEE / SGE / LGE / KGE are enhanced with USB 2.0 full-speed crystal-less device feature to reduce BOM cost and physical size of end-product.
