NuMicro® M4TKRE6AE is a touch-key supported high-performance 32-bit microcontroller ( MCU ) embedded with ARM® Cortex®-M4F. It supports a maximum of 11 capacitive touch keys, with power consumption as low as 6μA under the condition of 3.3V/10 Hz/key. The M4TK series supports industrial operating temperature ( - 40 ℃ to 105 ℃ ) , wide range power supply ( 2.5V to 5.5V ) , and high immunity ( 8 kV ESD, 4 kV EFT ) . The available package is LQFP64.
Target Application:
Human Machine Interface ( HMI ) , Digital Door Lock, RFID Smart Card Reader, Electronic Safe Box, Cleaning Robot, etc.
